We want you to love your Veris.Be. Period.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email cs@verisbe.com within 30 days from purchase date for instructions on how to return Veris.Be for a refund or exchange.
Returns must be in new condition and original packaging. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax minus shipping, which will not be refunded. We will also pay for the return shipping.
After we have received the product in our warehouse, we will have to check it. This may take up to 5 business days and then process the refund. Please allow for approximately 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement.
If your item(s) are broken or defective on 1st receipt, please email us right away at cs@verisbe.com so we can make it right!
When emailing us please include these details:
- Order Number and date of purchase.
- A description of the problem faced.
- Photos and or even video showing the problem. You can use wetransfer for big files.
- Please let us know if you like us to do a replacement or a refund.
Warranty
All Veris.Be units include a 1-year limited warranty. For warranty support, please email us at warranty@verisbe.com.
Warranty Details: Veris.Be PTE LTD warranties its Veris.be products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase, provided that the product is used in an appropriate way and environment.
No payment will be issued. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Veris.Be PTE LTD. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser. This warranty is personal to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.
